At Zinaaz, we aim to deliver your favourite pieces with care, safety, and speed. Every order is packed securely and shipped from our studio in Mohali so it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• During high-traffic seasons or sales, processing may take an extra day.
2. Shipping Timeline
• Standard delivery within India usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Metro cities receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above the minimum threshold (you can set this as per your brand).
• For COD orders, an additional convenience fee may apply if you decide to offer COD in future.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp on 8699677333 or via email.
• You can track your package anytime until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Address Details

• Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays.
6. Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If the package returns due to non-delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
• If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, inform us within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
• We’ll assist you with replacements or solutions quickly.
8. International Shipping
• Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.
